Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:
✔ You received a defective or damaged item
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The item does not match the description

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will guide you step-by-step.


Replacements (Fast Resolution)

If your item is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

In many cases, you won’t need to return the item — we focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.


Refunds

Once a return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Warranty Support

All Rellivo™ devices are backed by our 2-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

If your product stops working under normal use, we’ll make it right.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Important Notes

Returns may not be accepted for:
– Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
– Items returned without contacting us first
– Final sale items (when clearly stated)
